Phase 2 − Implementation
Accelerate the alignment of your agency and your implementation results with a combination of our onsite cross-functional workshops, remote facilitation, ongoing guidance, and cost-saving tools and templates. This is not a “one size fits all” program. Your Implementation phase will be based on your personalized Agency Roadmap, as well as the following:

Your Implementation phase will be designed specifically for your unique environment and the current state of your service delivery.
Phase 3 − Optimization
